I am facing this problem from last month. I have subscribed gold lite pack but not able to see my pack channels on the plateforms. I have complained so many times but issue is not resolved yet. Because the channels which are not in my pack after some minutes they shows error e16-4 which means insufficient balance. Also in some other plateform they shows signal not available. But if signal is not available and i dont have sufficient balance then how there are some channels are still continue. It is a software related issue. Not a hardware related issue. Customer care says engineer will com and charge 200 rs. For their visit only.
Why i will pay?

I have mailed this complain to d2h care. But they did not reply.
Also in 2012 when i purchased this d2h product after only 2days they replaced my new box with old one (tempered box). At that time i also called and complained for this but still there is no solution.
Please help me. I am attaching my mail and product detail for this regard.
