I am attaching a receipt that one we got form our parcel which is send by Trackon Couriers Pvt Limited. In this receipt there is nothing written (i) What is the courier charges, Risk Surcharge & GST charges also. When I was contact with customer care they told ” we have no data about charges & other details.you can contact with agency who send your parcel or your’s sender.” Also I tried to contact the agency who send this parcel.They not receive any calls.our sender has send a money receive that one is different & his own bill. so kindly consider my problem and take a necessary action.
