Regarding charges for 3D glasses and parking by Prathap theatre

I’m from tirupati, Andhrapradesh, I went to one 3d movie in group theatre one of theatre name is prathap they are charging money for 3d glasses as per rule once if buy ticket they have to give 3d glass but they charging additionally and parking fees also as per government rules they have to provide parking but they charging on it.
