I have submitted the complaint for disconnection to the company but they are not listening to the complaint and when i tried to call them they just transfer my call to another person. I have also submitted the complaint to the connection provider but he is also not listening to my complaint I am ading the screenshots of my complaint through the app
I tried to call them with my mobile number 95xxxxxxx8 if you want to check the call details please use my this number I am not getting the sollution for my problem . I am working for the mnc and how can i work if my internet connectivity is down . I want to do the complaint against excitel provide me the immediate solution.

I had disconnected my Excitel broadband connection 5 months back, even after submitting ONU device to Excitel local office, I didn’t get Security refund since August -2022
