I ordered a product from Shyam Krupa Enterprise for 2900 inr they sent me damaged product after a lot of days and even after messaging them about the product they refuse to return it or replace it they keep ignoring my messages and have even blocked my number

Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011.
