Data entry job at home cheated me. Value: 10000

From tech speed data entry job they called me to join in the job by doing initial payment of 300. After payment they sent me 20 sheets for typing. Within a week I completed it and told them to pay my salary they asked me to pay 3000 to credit my salary. Now Pxxxxa and Gpay name Gxxxxxxxe are cheating me to pay back my amount with a salary on total of rupees 10000. Please help me to get back
