I have a complaint regarding a JioMart. I had placed an order of Boat Speaker from JioMart App. The speaker is not working properly, there is a issue of voice cracking. I put the request for return because they do not have exchange of that particular thing. The return got cancelled and they asked me to visit brand store of boat. I had contact with jio customer support and share them because of my working timing I am not able to visit brand store. Could you please do a favor for me to put a return request from your end. They acknowledged and asked me to wait for 48hours on 5th December 2022. after 48 hours timeframe no resolution received then again I contacted customer support for same concern. I asked them what is the resolution for the request. They told me that they do not have any resolution the request is still under processed. I am really very frustrated and that answer was not expected from their end. Then I asked to connect me with the senior/supervisor they haven’t transferred my call they asked me to wait for 30 seconds,but I properly wait for 10 minutes but call dropped they haven’t contacted me. I again call them and asked them to transfer my call to your supervisor. The one executive Named Nxxxa she transferred my call to escalation team to generate manual request for return pickup. I asked him to share me a written document what I complaint and have request over the case. They denied they don’t have the policy for the same.
I want my money back they guys are giving me a timeframe, escalation team give me a timeframe window of 24 hours and the time is over. They guys clearly denied they will not return my money. JioMart fraud me. Now, I am expecting a niche resolution from customer forum.
