I purchased a product from Flipkart (Fire-Boltt Talk Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch), and it suddenly stopped working hence I raised a case with “Fire-Boltt” company, and they initiated a replacement, and reverse pickup of the product has also done. I returned the product and waiting for a replacement product from the company. Fire-Boltt then closed my ticket mentioning that the issue has been resolved. I took almost 5-6 follow-ups but they kept closing the ticket then I raised another ticket asking for a replacement product but the Fire-Boltt support team is not reverting back on that too, it has been 8 days since the second ticket got raised.
Please help me with a solution to this.
