I ordered mivi Bluetooth worth 999 from flipkart, and got it delivered on 8 dec 2021, it was faulty and had a scratch on it. So I tried to raise a replacement request and it got rejected. When I tried contacting customer service on 12th, agent asked me to wait for 72 hours that is post 7 days return policy. I also confirmed the date on chat as I knew the 7 days return policy. Even after that agent kept telling me to wait for 72 hours after 12/12/2021 i. E. Till 7 days return policy ends.
Today on 16/12/2021 I contacted the customer service and they refused to give me a replacement ment stating it’s out of 7 days return policy. This was a blunder case of flipkart giving fake promises and also Misguiding customers. What if someone orders something which is of a huge amount by flipkart? If anyone knows where to make a complaint about it, kindly guide. I have all the proofs and screenshots of every chat stating dates, waiting time. Promise made along with all order details.
