I am from Trichy, Tamil Nadu. I am a salaried middle-class person working in a private hospital at Trichy. I have purchased a brand new Hyundai Elite I20 car at Oxina Hyundai Showroom, Trichy in HDFC car loan.
After the purchase on the 4th day I faced a Brake hard issue and taken to the service center they cleaned the brake pads, again and again, faced the same, and then that was rectified on my 1st service on the 40th day.
On the 10th month after purchase, within 4500 km driven the car was stopped in the middle of the road due to clutch failure the service center person replaced a clutch cylinder I have raised the complaint regarding this in consumer forum (INGRAM) and Hyundai Motor Ltd no reply I received.
Now I facing a Rodent (Rat) entry inside the car due to poor quality of products using as materials, which caused me mentally ill and stressed due to continuous problem in my new car. I am not able to tolerate this as much and I demand a Refund/Replacement of a new car with good quality check certificate.
As a middle class buying a car is our dream and I did with a car loan, but now I am facing the issues due to the poor manufacturing and poor quality check done by HML. INDIA.
I need a favor action from the govt. of India.
