Placed an order for a refrgerator on 26th January and found the product to be defective. After much frustration the same was replaced and another refrigerator order was placed on 19th Februray 2019 which again has turned out to be a defective product. After multiple visits from the service engineer the issue was not resolved. Then very smartly the service engineer found a way to pin the issue on is stating that our stabliser was faulty. We told them that we use multiple heavy electronics like Washing Machine, OTG, Air Conditioners, etc and that there is no issue with other electronics. However, after4-5 months of frustration they now say that they will buy back the product only at 50% cheating us of our money and harrasing us for months now.
