I bought sony earbuds worth 5999/-. But I recieved it in used and faulty condition. And also brand’s original seal was broken. I imagidiatly shout video and some photos for evidence purpose. I contacted customer care and they asked me video unboxing of product . Then I sent video evidence to them. First 10 days they told me that we are investigating the issue with our team. I thought it is taking too much time than expected. I contacted them for 3 day and they don’t recieved my calls. After few days they start manipulating me saying that please contact seller as we are not seller. I contacted seller gave all evidence to them too , the start investigating and after some days they told me that same answer that contact to snapmint as you bought the item from them…these things hapned for coupl of day. They just sent me here and there…like they don’t take any responsibility of customerservice.
