Regarding delayed delivery by Zomato for Gold Member

This is to let know of the fact that zomato has delayed the delivery by a half hr. As a zomato gold member, they were suppose to refund the full amount. But even without being a gold member its still unfair practice. And I had ignored it for past few times but this time it took long time. I deserve a compensation.
