I made a purchase at Lucknowi Chikan store at 11th September of rs 2499 and no updates post that . Then after 8 days I sent them multiple mails and contacted then over WhatsApp where the merchant dint respond and misbehaved causing mental harrasement to me. She misspoke and I asked for refund so she started abusing me. I would request GOI to help me get my money back and also compensation whatever the smallest amount for mental trauma. It’s not about the money but she cnt speak to a customer who is rightfully asking there money back. They replied on the mail but after misbehaving. And they are lying about dispatching the package
I want to submit more details about conversation with the store in WhatsApp as it was rude , disgusting and u professional and with zero regards to consumer forum.
