I am writing to you with a humble request and a heavy heart regarding my Mahindra XUV 3X0 MX1 White, which I booked on May 15, 2024, at the introductory price of Rs 7,49,000. I made this booking within the first minute of the window opening. However, five months have passed, and I am still awaiting its delivery. My heart shattered when I heard today that the price of this variant has increased by Rs 30,000.
This was going to be my first car, and I have always trusted the Mahindra brand. However, if a person who booked a car within the first minute is not able to get it at the introductory price and within five months, it raises trust issues.
I kindly and humbly request your intervention to ensure a fair and transparent process. I have always admired Mahindra’s commitment to customer satisfaction and trust that you will look into this matter personally. Your assistance in this matter would mean the world to me and restore my faith in the brand I have always cherished.
