I ordered an airpods 3rd generation from amazon and it was opened and the seal was broken. I complained immidiately about this and also mentioned the product seems to be a duplicate. They said they’ll replace but now they denied the replacement saying they’ll need a denial letter from the service centre and the service center are saying they do not have the authority to write any letter and amazon is doing a fraud with the customer.
