Regarding delivery of infected food items by Zepto vendor

Received infected food items from Zepto. Value: Around 100 rupees

I had ordered some items from Zepto, in that mushrooms are came by infected. Which are in so bad condition. I raised issue with Zepto, so refunded my amount. But this is not good thing. They working so much of negligence. If any one taken by unknowingly they will suffer a lot. I want to be punish because I don’t want to repeat this again to anyone.
