I have taken SBI credit card and used balance transfer offer, through which i have done transfer of RS. 29794 for tenure of 180 days. According to balance transfer offer my bill will generate after 180 days with the interest rate of 1.7 % p. m.
But I found that SBI credit card payment department are producing falls bills including late fee which I am not supposed to pay at all. It will be applicable only when I fail to pay bill after 180 days. Now everyday i am getting 4 to 5 calls from SBI payment department to pay bills. I request you to stop sending falls bills and please send me the rectified statement. please find attached balance transfer details doc.
