I submitted My EPF withdrawal for house construction work, in the year june / 2016 i withdrawn part amount for construction of my new house, again i applied epf withdrawal on 18.03.2017 but the epf/kadapa was refused to take my epf amount. my query is ” is there any amount limit to house construction work or is there any rule to sanction epf amount for house construction work, for this i submitted Approval copy from Panchayati, Estimation from an engineer. as per Engineer Estimate first i withdrawn 1/4 th amount only from epf, now i applied 1/6th of estimate amount. but epf / kadapa were taken revenge on me ( PF MEMBER) becasue i applied for not sanctioning my epf amount in epf grievence, in grievence also the EPF / KADAPA were blindly refused my appliction without taking consideration or acts or rules. please issue favarable orders to take my epf amount.

The relevant sections under EPF Scheme are 68B and 68BC. If you feel that your legitimate right to withdrawal has been denied then you may report it to higher authorities. You may also file an application under RTI act to know why the withdrawal approval has been denied.
