Regarding Eureka Forbes Robo clearing and mopping machine

I have purchased, Robo clearing and mopping machine in the month of February through credit card. It’s been 3 months. I have raised a request for service to robo mopping machine. Whenever I raised the service request they accept and with service and without information they themselves closed the issue. My machine is not working properly. I contacted to sales person who sold machine to me he given some fake promises then he is not responding my calls and messages and then he passed to his manager he said again raise the ticket i will send technician to give service and then he is not responding. I called them for more then 10 time only 3 times i got compliant number again i called to customer support they said that i free service has completed. Even if it is money i ask them to check the machine till today i dint even got any call or solution.

Please I’m requesting to solve this issue.
