I bought the Eureka Forbes water purifier Aquaguard rapid active RO 5.8 litre UV+ MTDS+ TDS. 8 months back. The initial product was found defective so aquaguard happily replaced it with he new product and installed the side filter. Later the second product was also found defective as the water which got filtered initially in 40 mins took 3.5 hours and the tank was still not filled. Product bought was for 22000 rs
I chased it with aquaguard. Service engineers opened multiple requests but one – two visited from ashriya services advising to install one more side filter without actually improvising the design or even touching their product. We got pissed off spoke to Mr Ganesh who advised would be refunding the money. He asked for bills and cancelled cheque which was given by whatsapp but still no money has been refunded. Only few weeks back we got the calls from service engineer asking for whether the service was done or not, but what sense does this make everyone doing formality here. Also I opened a case in consumer forum but still no luck.
