I have paid Axis bank credit card payment of INR 23075 on 14th September’2022 using Amazon Pay Payment Gateway. Bank Reference Number for the same is also reflecting in the statement that I have uploaded for reference. After a week time when the payment was still not reflecting in Axis Bank App, I contacted the customer care of the bank and they said they are not able to trace the payment via the Bank reference number and suggested to pay again. I waited for few days and suddenly received a mail where Axis has already charged a penalty and late fee. After mailing the entire incident they removed the late fee and penalty and asked to pay the bill amount again and then take follow-up on the previous payment. I did the same, Paid the entire amount again on 21st October’22 which the bank received. Now from then I am trying to get the reimbursement of INR 23075 from Axis Bank but they are just playing hide and seek, asking for same things again and again. To check if the problem is with sender bank HDFC I visited their branch and they showed me the entire transaction and it was successful from their end. The customer care of Axis bank is rude and behave indecently and secondly they are just asking to do same steps again and again.
