Regarding failed order with Tjori online shopping

Regarding online shopping. Value: 521. I ordered the item from tjori. I prepaid. Instead of getting the confirmation of order i got a pop up saying error please try later. I tried to contact them but no help. The money has been credited to their account and is confirmed by paytm
