I ordered a kelvinator 272ltr refrigerator online from reliance digital through their app. After 10 months it stopped working. I called the customer care helpline they sent the technician and he told us that the compressor is faulty. After that they told that we will replace it but after replacing the compressor the product won’t start. So after some time they sent a team again and changed the pcb and compressor again but the results were same.
So i told them to replace the product but they didn’t. For some reason they said that out electrical lines are faulty and won’t do any repairs and replacements. Its been almost 20 dyas they are doing this and solving any problem.
Afterall the serial number provided in the bill was not matched with the serial number printed on the product.
Please help so solve the case.
