Regarding faulty product from Reliance Digital

Sending a defective product twice. I received the same faulty piece twice, Reliance Digital is selling faulty pieces at a cheap rate. It was just a matter to find them else you would be using them on a daily basis.
Moreover, it is not an easy return/refund policy. I have to contact Samsung Folks to get a DOA certificate which takes 3 – 5 days. It’s been 3 weeks and my product is still in the Samsung service center.
Selling online at a cheaper rate is one story selling a defective piece is different.
