I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality of the Forbes SmartClean with Home Mapping Pro. Despite raising multiple complaints and struggling for over 1.5 months, I finally received a replacement unit. However, the issue still persists, and the replacement product is also defective.
New Issues Observed in the Replacement Unit:
1?? Parts Near Screws Getting Damaged – The plastic near the screws is weak and cracking, causing structural instability.
2?? Other Parts Breaking – The build quality is extremely poor, and parts are falling apart after minimal use.
This is completely unacceptable. I have already suffered significant inconvenience and mental harassment due to the non-functional original unit. Now, even the replacement is faulty, proving that Eureka Forbes is supplying substandard products.
My Final Demand:
?? I do NOT want another defective replacement.
?? I demand a full refund of ?21,730 immediately.
?? If my request is ignored again, I will take legal action.
If I do not receive a proper resolution within 7 days, I will:
File a case in the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for selling defective products.
Expose this issue on all social media platforms and consumer forums to warn other buyers.
I expect immediate action and a refund process to be initiated at the earliest.
