Regarding fraud IGM service company

This company has taken by 52000 rupees amount as a registration amount and company maintainence charge for a captcha typing work they have provided me a fake agreement and after giving the amount they asking more and more amount to pay to close case and not take any legal action they are calling me through fake advocates and pressurizing me to pay amount or otherwise they will be taking legal action against me
