I had registered a complaint to icici bank regarding fraud transactions done through my debit card. But they are ignoring to look into the transactions as the transactions have been done through 2 party(paytm). they are saying they cant ask them whom the amount has been transacted, even if i am launching complaint of fraud.They are saying that is mine security problem that someone has transacted some amount from your account.
