Regarding issues with new Iphone 13, no customer support

I had purchase a mobile from Greater Noida outlet on 26 Sep-2023 and from date I have visited many time to I-phone Authorised service center and apple shop for new I-phone issue . On Apple service center I get reply to visit shop for issue and on Shop I get reply to visit service center . today is 6-oct-2023 and till the time I had visited many time for same issue but now both are saying this issue is not under warranty and guarantee policy for fixing this issue need to pay 28600 for display. even i took this phone within 10 days and issue arise on same day of purchasing.

Neither apple nor croma store is ready to replace the phone or issue.
