Whenever I make a call from my JIO number, the person on the other side of the call says my voice is constantly breaking and that they are not able to hear me. This has been happening since I recharged. When I called JIO customer care, they told me it was because of the high number of people using JIO in my area and that this issue will be resolved only in October. I’ve already recharged twice on another network for Rs 100.
