Regarding job offers from Prime Infotech data entry

I got a message from a number that they are providing free form fillings jobs without any registration fees. So i open thier link and started it filling and after filling it i got a sms with link and otp . After that i have to do is to submit that otp and after that i received a pdf of their agreement which i attached below in your link. So i want to Know about this Prime Infotech Data Entry Company Is Genuine Or Fraud. Because I have to Submit 500 forms in 5 days which is quite Risky Task . If I will not do so with 90% accuracy then i have to pay them 7000 Rs. If i will complete their work then they will pay me 12500 Rs. So what should I do I’m in Confusion.
So please help me regarding this.

Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
