Regarding Kitchen tap not replaced by Hindware

I made a complaint on 7th February 2023 regarding leakage of water from the kitchen tap. A Hindware technician visited the Flat and informed me that the tap cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. He informed me that he has made a video and shared it with the hindware office. But I have not got a replacement so far. Senior management may kindly look into this and replace the kitchen tap as soon as possible.
