Regarding maid services from BCS Care services

The maid agency in Bangalore named BCS CARE SERVICES are giving wrong promises to the consumer of providing maid services. They promise the consumer of all the services and later they dont pick calls. They send maid for 2 to 3 months. The maids sent will not do all the works as agreed but demand full salary.They take frequent leaves also ask salary in advance. Then they leave the work stating less salary. Mxxxxxi is the agent who takes Rs 10000 advance and makes us sign an agreement with no refund of advance at any cost and later doesnt pick calls. All the maids sent from the agency created problems of not doing all the works, taking leaves frequently, asking salary in advance, demanding more money for less work. These agency cheat people with fake promises. Action should be taken against the agency for their false promises
