We went to a trip for Maldives assisted by Mr. Gxxxxv. Our package has an Inclusion of Snorkeling, Spa, Ember grill and Pizzas throughout the stay. We committed to this package because of these Inclusions promised by Mr. Gxxxxv. We even told him prior that we do not know swimming and so we have no use of Snorkeling Inclusion but Gxxxxv said there is no need to know swimming for snorkeling here. Now when we reach to our destination, when asked, we are not allowed to snorkel without knowing how to swim. Spa, Ember grill and unlimited Pizza was not Included in the package received from the resort’s end. We asked Gaurav and he said he’s trying his level best but can force them only upto a limit.
We then told him to refund the amount with reference to the Inclusions that weren’t fulfilled so that we can pay them directly and use it. He became adamant and threatened us saying how can we question him like that and he has done Favour to us by giving us a surprise by decorating the bed while we arrived. And we can complain to whom so ever we want to as he doesn’t bother. Now I question you how can a agent threaten a customer whose on a trip from his end?? Is decorating a bed a favour??? – though we din’t asked for it, we thought it was a sweet gesture. How can he take money and then set a false expectation??? My wife precisely said Yes to this package because of the Spa and Pizza Inclusions else we had a better deals with other travel agencies if we persist just for room and food- This was already told to Gaurav and he himself agreed to it.
I need a proper and a quick resolution to this and a very serious action to be taken on Mr. Gxxxxxv. We have booked your assistance in the past for South Indian trip from my Wife’s end and we were overwhelmed with the service provided and so we booked it for an International trip as well. But this time it was ridiculous. We are threatened and blamed for the package we asked for also. We din’t come here paying 1.65 L just for a room and food for 3 nights and 4 days. The 1st day was also messed up as we reached the resort at night 8 PM whereas we had to be there at 4PM. The day went waste just because of the delay. But we never mind as it’s the delay from the resorts end. But the rest were not the resorts or our fault. Now we leave at 11 AM tomorrow with none as promised from your end. We need a refund for the Inclusions that weren’t fulfilled. Amaya kuda rah has given us a package of 1.45 L for the same that we are receiving now without any Inclusions. Just for the sake of Inclusions we paid you guys 20 k extra. Kindly refund it and we will be done with your travel agency
