Myntra Package Item was Missing and they denied replacement or refund. Value: 569
I received a package on 11 March 2024 around 7:30. I had ordered 2 Bagsy Malone bags, of different colors. The package seemed small but on the invoice outside it was written that there are two bags in the package. The brown paper packaging was simply not big enough to contain two bags. I immediately filed a complaint with customer support on Myntra and a day later they responded that “ The package was delivered after thorough quality check” and my query was dismissed. The order was of Rs 569 and was a gift. It was a very frustrating and embarrassing experience for me. I want either a refund or a replacement.
