Missing product from Ajio online shopping. Value: 558

I order one joggers and one jeans pant from AJIO online shopping app but i received only one product, my jeans pant is missing in that packet. the packet was too small for that , two product cant fit on that packet, i talked with customer care they said the product is successfully dispatched from our side.
