I have approached with application to the Karnataka Gramin bank branch, Hebbal Layout , Mysuru – 570016 and for the same on 8th May 2020 i have received the reply sms ..and due to some technical glitch it was not successful, i have called customer support they insisted me to contact branch with reapplication for activation. but there was no response . Again with anticipation visited branch they said it will be done or call back after two days. I felt its not done i have called bank ..they said its done simply . So its waste of time branch manager via phone suggested to visit grievance , so it could help 2-4 customer who have same issues few days months ago.
So my request is why digital mode of transaction are not encouraged and service is also not met through branch personnel and i feel manager is inefficient to sort out a simple issue by himself.
Please help me out in this matter.
