Regarding multiple issues with Oppo F3 plus

I have a purchase Oppo phone F3 plus for last sunday at jalandhar city. but my phone have contact multiple issue .I was mobile compliant 2 or 3 time mail oppo side but not response or 1 time oppo customer center but still pending
Pls help.
