Regarding non-delivery of order by Snapmint

I have ordered pigeon non stick cooker from  Flipkart in Snapmint.  I have booked order on 17october till i didn’t get my order delivered they are providing tracking id and in order status showing that order is delivered when I didn’t receive it till and asking to pay EMI. I tried to contact customer support associate and there is no response from their side.I want to cancel my order and I want refund of my down payment. my order I’d 2307827.

    I ordered boats airdropes 138 from snapmint. I have booked order on 7 March till I don’t delevered my order they are providing tracking ID and in order status showing is order delivered when I didn’t receive it till and asking to pay EMI. I tried to contact customer support associate and there is no response their side. I want to cancel my order and I want refund of my down payment.
