Regarding non-delivery of PAN Card

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my mother. NSDL site says PAN card for my mother is delivered to us on 15 Feb 2020 and the AWB number is 23310194331. But we haven’t received anything not received any calls. When i try to reach them unable to reach the relevant person. All are bogus numbers. It is highly disappointing to go through this kind of service. Please do the needful.
