Velex courier not delivering and showing false information on their website. Value: ?50
I had requested for reprint of my pan card at NSDL website and paid ?50 for it though my debit card. They sent me message that my courier has been sent through velex . And it’s been more than 10 days i have not received my pan card. When i checked it’s current status on website then it shows my courier has been delivered but i haven’t received it. My AWB number is 53319678339. And the ack number sent by NSDL.
