I placed my order online on JioMart on 24 May, and received half of the items i ordered, i received a recipt from JIOMART on my mail which promises a refund for the items which were not delivered to me. I waited for a week then i mailed them( cs@jiomart.com) to process the refund but in response of that i receive an autogenerated mail. I tried to call to the customer services no ( 022 61 220 220) provided on there site but that always busy. In the end after waiting for 3 weeks i am writing here. I am feeling cheated please help me in this case.
