Regarding non-redeemable voucher from OnePlus

I have purchased oneplus 6 mobile from https://www.oneplus on 21st May 2018 and I have received it on 25th May 2018 at my home town, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh. As soon as I bought the mobile I have got the voucher worth $20 in my account. But when I try to redeem it it says that the promo code is claimed already. When i contacted customer care several times,they keep on saying that in terms & conditions they said that while purchase mobile phone and related accessories at once they are going to offer this voucher and the voucher is redeemable.If that is the case while I try to redeem my voucher it should display the message that i am not eligible to this offer.But it says that the promo code is already claimed and it still the voucher is exists in my account. Hence I kindly request you to do the necessory action against the oneplusstore web site as I mentioned above.And do me a favour regarding the claim of my voucher.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery.
