I had ordered OGX Coconut Milk Shampoo on June 1, 2021. It was delivered on June 5. Usage of the shampoo caused me to feel lightheaded. Since this is a problem hard to recognise, initially I felt that maybe I was suffering from some health issue related to my diet or lifestyle choices. But no changes made to my lifestyle helped me to overcome the problem. It was only after I stopped using the shampoo did I recover normalcy. However, by that time the return window had closed. When I contacted Amazon customer care, they didn’t accommodate my request of return and refund.
I humbly acknowledge that I didn’t contact them within the return window. But I believe that the circumstances under which I was forced to consider returning the product wasn’t ordinary. A problem like this takes quite some time to figure out.
Therefore, I shall be obliged if you will kindly raise this issue with Amazon.in and request them to issue a refund to my source of online payment.
