I have purchased 4 product from Jockey India on 5th april through online jockey website. I had paid through google pay and the payment was successful from google pay but in jockey website payment was failed. I have called google pay about his issue they said amount was credited in jockey india. I raised complaint to jockey india in their website or costumer care and costaintly in touch with them. They are saying they didnt received the amount. I went to bank also but they are saying contact to costumer care. i called them also but they didnt response yet. PNB bank are not giving me dispute form. They are not helping at all . Google pay, jockey India and PNB they r not helping at all.
Its been 20 days since my amount 2396 Rupees is pending. I either get amount nor product.
They are blaming each other. Please solve this as soon as possible
