Regarding order delivery by Pepperfry

I have two things to complaint about pepperfry.
1. Product displayed is different and sent item is different.
2. They deliver the product before date and will not update status as delivered till the return policy expires.

Dont u think its tricky bussiness plan.

Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
