Regarding payments made to instagram account Indus sports

Refund of Rs.2000 and Rs.2300 from a fraudster instagram account named “INDUS SPORTS”. Value: Total value of Rs.4300

I pay advance RS 2000 for sports good on July 7th 3:50 pm through phonepay with reference to transaction. And the next day I again pay the amount of RS 2300 remaining amount through same bank account through phonepay with reference to transaction. I want the refund of both the amounts to my phone pay account.
