Regarding poor internet service by Hi reach Broadband

I am using Hi reach broadband internet and the service has been very poor for the past 15 days. I am facing issues with frequent internet disconnections and when complained the Hireach company did not resolve my issues and more over they are marking the complaint as resolved with out my confirmation. I have raised 10 complaints in the past 15 days and none of them were really resolved. I even complained to there supervisor but with no actions taken on the complaint. This is hampering my work and also my performance with the company I work for. So I here by request the ICF to take necessary actions on this company.

    My internet is not working from * days and everyday i made several compalints to hi reach customer care also but they didnt give me any satisfactory response and also they didnt solve my problem in * days.. Now i want all my money back
