I’m using the Hathway broadband service, i have made payment to renew the 3 months service and with in 10days we have shifted to our new home with in a 1km diatance. I have raised a request for shifting the connection to new location, without being informed they have closed the request. When u called to customer care and asked for the issue ,they were telling request has been closed cze due to non feasibility location we couldn’t provide you the connection. But when I enquired for new connection from our new home ,Hathaway executive people visited to our home and confirmed that we can provide you the internet serivce.
How can it’s possible for new connection when they can’t provide the old connection at my new house how can they provide me the new connection at my new home.
I was following up with Hathway since a long time but there is no proper response from customer care service team. I can’t work without internet, completely depend on internet but this Hathaway ,they don’t even bother about customer problems.
When I ask for refund the money they are telling it is not possible. Also I asked for internet connection at my new location they are telling it is not possible.
