I’m residing in SHKM Govt Medical College Nalhar, Nuh. I have 3 vodafone sims nd All sims are recharged with unlimited calling pack nd 2 sims hav 1 GB daily intrnt plan.. bt I am facing the poor internet speed of Vodafone 4g network from last 20 days..i ahv tried to call them nd ask for resolving the issue. First their coustmer care executive told me that your problem will be resolved in 72 hour bt there is not any improvement then i again tried to contact them nd at second tym they advised me to go to the chrome settings nd clear caches history den restart your phonr your problem will get resolved bt again there is nt ny improvement in that..
Then i again call them then at third tym they used to tell me that there is no 3g nd 4g ntwrk in the area you are residing right now, that area is covered by 2g only then i told dat executive dat I’m using Vodafone internet from last 1.5 yr in this area so don’t tell me this fullish thing..
Nd not only me..
All my colleagues are facing this problem..
Couple of weeks back the same situation was with idea users. At that tym Vodafone is providing good speed bt idea is lacking with it. Bt now idea ntwrk got improved. Nd Vodafone is giving only 30-40 kbps in 4g..
Where the signal strength be of 4G is very good bt no internet speed beyond this.. I don’t no wat the issue came after merging of Vodafone with IDEA.. Bt i request uh to resolve my issue asap..
